SHIPPING OPTIONS  

SPAIN 

• Standard shipping
  Estimated delivery time 2-3 working days within the peninsula and 3-6 working days for elsewhere.
• Express shipping
  (Only peninsula) Estimated delivery time 1-2 working days

EUROPE

For other countries, we can only offer standard shipping, by which delivery time will depend on the destination country.
Estimated delivery time 4-7 working days.

These delivery times are only estimations. We normally use ‘Correos’ for shipping, but, sometimes, and depending on circumstances, we may choose other companies to ensure your order arrives quickly and effectively.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping fees are free for orders over €35 in Spain (within Peninsula) and in Europe over €55.
This is only valid for standard shipping. If a customer needs express shipping, it will be charged extra.
The cost of shipping will be discounted automatically during the checkout. 

SHIPPING TRACKING
Once purchase is completed,  you will be able to track your order through a link attached on a confirmation email.

TRANSPORT LIABILITY
Customers will be responsible for  any charge incurred by   customs clearance, including any tax or additional tariff.

The Arctic Bay will not be responsible if delivery cannot be made because of:

• Details provided by the customer are false, inexact or incomplete
• There are causes beyond the control of the shipping company, such as the absence of the customer or the halting of the order at customs.
