RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
You have 14 working days from  the moment you receive your order to ask for a return or exchange. All products have to be intact, unused, with all labels on   and inside the original packing, properly protected for its delivery. Once we have checked everything is satisfactory, we will proceed to exchange the items or refund your money as soon as possible.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OR TOTAL RETURNIf all products comply with the conditions laid down, we will refund the cost of the products, plus the initial shipping fee (as long as this was not  free and that you didn’t choose express shipping). Regarding return shipping fees, the  customer will have to assume the cost. 

PARTIAL RETURN
In the event you just want to return only some of the items you have purchased, the initial  shipping fee will not be refunded and you will have to assume the return shipping fee.

EXCHANGE 
If the products you want to exchange arrive in perfect conditions, we will proceed to exchange them immediately. In this case, the  customer will have to assume the cost of the return shipping fee unless the exchange was because the product is defective.

It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the acknowledgment of receipt and return items   using certified mail.

In the case of multiple returns or complaints from the same customer, The Artic Bay maintains its right to not make new shipments to that customer.

Finally, please remember The Arctic Bay will not be responsible if any product is lost during the return. 

RETURNING PROCESS 
This is  very easy. Just send an email to contact@thearcticbay.com with your name, email address, order number, reference number of items you want to return and the reasons why. This last is not necessary, but knowing your opinion can help us to improve our product and service. 

Once we have received the email, we will forward the shipping label and the instructions to achieve a successful return.
